Ongoing Executive Advisory Retainer (Optional)

CAD $7,500 to $12,500 per month

For firms seeking continued leadership-level advisory support, retainers provide ongoing strategic insight, operational discipline, and performance structure, without adding complexity or administrative burden.

Optional Review Extensions (If Required)

CAD $8,500 per month

Extensions apply only if additional structured review time is required due to scope, operational complexity, or leadership-requested expansion of the review.

Payment Structure

Fixed-fee engagements are typically invoiced at initiation unless otherwise agreed.
