His work focuses on helping Managing Partners gain financial visibility, margin stability, and operational control—without disrupting client service or overcomplicating firm culture.

Jan Michael has led high-impact operational audits and transformation initiatives delivering multi-million dollars in cumulative savings and profit recovery through margin control, billing discipline, cost structure improvements, and operational redesign. He previously led administrative and operational management for a multi-office firm with 120+ staff, overseeing budgeting, HR, technology modernization, compliance leadership, and partner-level reporting.

Jan Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Essex (UK) and a Certificate of Qualification (NCA) in Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, strengthening his advisory perspective at the intersection of law, operations, and business strategy. Jan Michael is currently working toward his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, further reinforcing his ability to lead complex operational change with structure, governance, and measurable outcomes.
